Malaysia: July 3rd - George Town by trishaw

It was too heat to do a lot of walking around even in the late afternoon, but there is so much to take in George Town that it would be a pity to miss out, so after a bit of haggling which still no doubt resulted in me paying way over the odds, I opted for an hour's trishaw tour of the old city.

Along Lebuh Chulia.
Trishaw riders waiting for custom on Jalan Penang.
Along Lebuh Campbell

Masjid Kapitan Keling ~ a spectacular-looking mosque at the junction of Lebuh Campbell and Labuh Pitt.

Coffee shop in Little India.

The Victoria Memorial Clock Tower.
A cannon on the walls of Fort Cornwallis.
