I was back in Britain for two weeks over Christmas, and for Christmas dinner I went with family to a restaurant located called the Oasthouse. The restaurant is part of a picturesque rurul business park housed in converted farm buildings halfway between Folkestone and Ashford It was a good meal and there was absolutely no rush at all ~ we left the place almost four hours after we had arrived there!
